Service

From the jet to your door, without waiting

Geneva Airport is one of Europe's busiest airports for business aviation. Passengers of private flights use dedicated terminals, called FBOs, separate from the main terminal.

We coordinate with your crew or handling agent, follow the flight and position the vehicle at the right FBO at the right time, so the transfer starts the moment you step out.

Our private aviation service

  • Flight followed in real time

    Your chauffeur adjusts to early arrivals and delays without you having to call.

  • Pick-up at the FBO

    Meeting at the business aviation terminal, and planeside access when the handling agent allows it.

  • Luggage and ski equipment

    Mercedes V-Class or Sprinter for skis, golf bags and large luggage; a second car if needed.

  • Straight to the Alps

    Direct transfers from the FBO to Courchevel, Verbier, Gstaad, Megève or Chamonix.

  • Confidentiality

    Discreet chauffeurs, no names on display unless you ask for it.

This service is ideal for:

  • Private jet passengers landing in Geneva
  • Crews between the FBO and their hotel
  • Ski chalet guests flying in for the weekend
  • Business delegations on tight schedules
  • Family offices and concierge services
  • Departures from the hotel to the FBO

Private jet and FBO transfers at a glance

Flying privately is about saving time and avoiding crowds. The car waiting at the end of the flight should follow the same logic: ready when the aircraft lands, discreet, and able to take the passengers and all their luggage straight to their destination.

Geneva Transfer Booking meets private jet passengers at the business aviation terminal of Geneva Airport, also called the FBO (Fixed Base Operator), and drives them to their hotel, residence, office or ski resort. We also drive passengers from their address to the FBO for departure, and flight crews between the airport and their hotel.

Geneva, a major business aviation airport

Geneva Airport is one of the main business aviation airports in Europe. Its location at the heart of the Alps, close to the ski resorts of Switzerland and France, its role as a financial and diplomatic centre, and its many international events attract private flights all year round.

Business aviation has its own area at the airport, served by several handling agents. Each one welcomes passengers in a private lounge, where passport and customs formalities are handled quickly, away from the main terminal. When booking, tell us the name of your handling agent so your chauffeur goes to the right place.

How a private jet pick-up works

  1. You book with the flight details: the aircraft registration or flight number, the estimated time of arrival, the handling agent and the number of passengers and bags.
  2. We follow the flight: private flights often arrive early or change their schedule. Your chauffeur adjusts without you having to call.
  3. Meeting at the FBO: your chauffeur waits at the business aviation terminal. When the handling agent allows it, the car can come to the foot of the aircraft.
  4. Luggage: the chauffeur loads the bags, skis and golf equipment.
  5. Departure: a direct drive to your destination, with water on board and a quiet cabin.

For departures, we collect you at your address with enough margin and drive you to the FBO of your handling agent.

Luggage and ski equipment

Private flights often carry more luggage than commercial ones: several suitcases per person, skis, snowboards, golf bags, sometimes gifts or equipment for an event. Tell us the volume when booking. A Mercedes V-Class or a Sprinter takes large amounts of luggage, and we can add a second car so that passengers and luggage travel comfortably.

Straight to the Alps

In winter, many private flights land in Geneva for the ski resorts. From the FBO, we drive you directly to:

  • Courchevel and the Three Valleys, Megève and Chamonix, on the French side;
  • Verbier and Crans-Montana in the Valais, and Zermatt, which is closed to cars: we drive you to Täsch, where the shuttle train leaves for the village;
  • Gstaad, in the Bernese Oberland.

The nearest resorts are about an hour away, the furthest three to four hours. Your chauffeur checks road and weather conditions before leaving; in winter, our vehicles run on winter tyres with chains on board. For the French resorts, each passenger should carry a valid passport or identity card.

Peak periods

The busiest periods for private aviation in Geneva are the winter weekends, the Christmas and New Year holidays, the February school holidays, and the great international events and fairs in the city. On these dates, book as early as possible: cars and chauffeurs are in high demand, and a late booking may not be possible.

Confidentiality

Private aviation clients often value discretion above all. Our chauffeurs do not display names unless you ask for it, do not share information about your arrival, and stay discreet throughout the journey. Your addresses and your schedule remain confidential.

Crew transfers

We also drive pilots and cabin crew between the FBO and their hotel, at any hour of the day or night, including after late arrivals and before early departures.

What to send us before the flight

To make the arrival seamless, send us as early as possible:

  • the aircraft registration or flight number, and the airport of departure;
  • the estimated time of arrival, and any change as soon as it is known;
  • the name of the handling agent at Geneva;
  • the number of passengers, and the names to give the chauffeur;
  • the volume of luggage, including skis, golf bags and special items;
  • the destination address, and any stop on the way.

With these details, we choose the right vehicle, plan the route and make sure the car is waiting when the aircraft lands.

Advice by type of client

Ski families. Give us the number of skis and bags; we choose the vehicle or add a second car. Ask for child seats with the children's ages.

Business travellers. A Mercedes S-Class from the FBO to the city lets you start working before arriving.

Flight departments and assistants. Send us the flight schedule as soon as it is known, and update us when it changes; we adapt.

Event guests. For large events, we coordinate several cars for passengers arriving on different aircraft.

Vehicles

A Mercedes E-Class suits one to three passengers with luggage; the S-Class offers the most comfort; the V-Class takes up to six or seven passengers with large luggage; the Sprinter is available on request for groups and very large luggage.
