Geneva Limousine Service at a glance
The Geneva Limousine Service of Geneva Transfer Booking is a chauffeur-driven Mercedes for the moments when the journey should feel as good as the destination: an arrival at Geneva Airport after a long flight, a gala evening in a lakeside hotel, a day of meetings, or a family celebration.
In Geneva, "limousine" does not mean an extra-long car. Our limousines are Mercedes S-Class sedans and Mercedes V-Class vans, chosen for their comfort, their quiet ride and their discretion. They fit into the narrow streets of the Old Town, stop easily in front of hotels and offices, and do not draw unwanted attention.
You can book the service for a single transfer, for a few hours or for a full day, at any time of day or night.
Geneva, a city of discreet luxury
Geneva is a small city with a large international role. It hosts the European headquarters of the United Nations, dozens of international organisations, private banks, trading companies and the great watch houses. Its visitors include diplomats, executives, collectors and families on holiday, many of whom prefer a quiet, reliable car to a taxi.
The city's calendar is full of events where a limousine with chauffeur is the natural choice: watch fairs in spring, art and antiques fairs, charity galas, international conferences, concerts at the Victoria Hall and the Grand Théâtre, and private parties in the villas along the lake.
What the service includes
- A Mercedes S-Class or V-Class, clean inside and out, with water on board.
- A professional chauffeur, punctual and discreet, dressed in a dark suit, who greets you, handles the luggage and opens the door.
- Route planning around traffic, road works and the events that close parts of Geneva, such as conferences and summits.
- Waiting time included when you book by the hour: the chauffeur stays nearby and is ready when you are.
- Service 24 hours a day, including early-morning flights and late-night returns.
Choosing the right car
Mercedes S-Class. The reference for one to three passengers. Its rear seats offer generous legroom and a very quiet cabin, ideal for working, making a call or simply resting. It is the car most often chosen for VIP arrivals, galas and business days.
Mercedes V-Class. For families or small groups of up to six or seven passengers, with luggage. Its large boot takes suitcases, strollers and ski bags.
Several cars or a Sprinter. For a delegation or a group of guests, we coordinate several vehicles or a Sprinter on request, with the same arrival time for everyone.
How a limousine day works
- You book online or by phone, with the addresses, times and number of passengers.
- We confirm the vehicle and the chauffeur, and you receive the details of your booking.
- On the day, your chauffeur arrives ahead of time. At the airport, he or she waits at arrivals with a sign showing your name and follows your flight.
- During the booking, you decide the stops. In hourly mode, the chauffeur waits between appointments and adapts to changes in your schedule.
- At the end, the chauffeur drives you back to your hotel or residence, at the time you choose.
Galas, evenings and events
For an evening event, the chauffeur drops you at the entrance, then waits nearby until you call. There is no need to look for a taxi at the end of the evening, or to worry about driving after a dinner. For couples and families, the same car can collect several guests from different addresses before the event.
Tell us the name of the venue when booking. Some hotels and venues have specific drop-off areas, and some events close the streets nearby; your chauffeur checks the access beforehand.
Business days and roadshows
For executives and investors visiting several banks, offices or clients in one day, the limousine becomes a mobile office. Your chauffeur keeps to the schedule, plans the route between appointments and waits outside each meeting. If a meeting runs late, the plan adjusts.
Companies can also book the service for their guests: a client arriving at the airport, a speaker at a conference, or a board member staying for a few days.
Beyond Geneva
The limousine can take you anywhere in the region: to the ski resorts, to Lausanne or Montreux, to Annecy or Chamonix across the French border, or to a private dinner in the countryside. For trips into France, every passenger should carry a valid passport or identity card.
Comfort on board
Inside the car, the journey is yours. The temperature is set to your preference, water is on board, and the chauffeur keeps conversation to what you wish: some clients like to hear about Geneva, others prefer silence to work or rest. Tell us in advance if you have specific requests, such as a particular route, a stop on the way or a quiet journey.
Advice by type of client
VIP arrivals. Give us the flight number; your chauffeur follows the landing time and waits at arrivals, whatever the delay.
Gala guests. Book by the hour so the car stays available for the whole evening.
Families. The V-Class takes the whole family and its luggage. Ask for child seats with the children's ages.
Companies and event organisers. A single contact plans all the cars and shares the schedule with you.
Booking
Book online to see the price of a transfer or an hourly booking, or call us to plan a day with several stops. For a transfer, book the return at the same time and the booking engine applies a 10% reduction to the round trip.
